Based on your goals, fitness level, medical history and schedule, I provide customized fitness classes and/or yoga classes to help you create consistent movement in your life. Through increasing strength, flexibility, stability and endurance, correcting movement pattern inefficiencies, and enhancing mindfulness, I help safely bring your body to a place of balance where your movement goals can be met.

LIVE VIDEO Classes (ONLINE)

This coaching class is completely customized and designed for the individual who desires the same amount of contact, attention, accountability, and support as in-person clientele. This option is no different than working with me in-person, except it is done online.

I have been practicing yoga, fitness and dance since childhood, and draw from numerous movement practices, including: Vinyasa, Ashtanga, hatha, modern dance, acroyoga, group fitness, personal training, and ballet. I started teaching movement in 2005, and have taught groups of 3-500 people at locations such as universities, corporate offices, music festivals, conferences, yoga studios, and gyms.
