With over 14 years of experience as a certified health coach, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve holistic wellness. As a nationally board certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBHWC) and certified mental health coach, I have guided more than 2500 clients towards sustainable lifestyle transformations through a comprehensive approach addressing mind, body, and spirit. Rooted in my upbringing in rural America, where I witnessed children grappling with health challenges from an early age, I was driven by a profound desire to empower communities with knowledge and resources for healthier, happier lives. My passion for innovation in health led me to pursue a Bachelor's degree specializing in Health and Technology within Society from the University of Arizona.

And as my motivation grew, it spurred me to diversify my skill set, acquiring licensing and certifications in yoga, sports massage therapy, personal training, and group fitness. And over time, what started out as mainly a physical-health based practice, shifted. Drawing from personal experiences of overcoming stress, perfectionism, and anxious feelings, I was driven to grow my expertise in mental health coaching and help others manage these challenges through lifestyle and behavioral changes and evidence based methods like mindfulness, motivational interviewing and solution focused coaching.
